Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the User

You may cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time through your personal account within the Services or by contacting our support team via the contact/feedback form available on the Website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Usage-Based Charges

For usage-based plans, including pay-per-call charges, fees are applied after a completed call in accordance with the selected plan. Once a charge has been applied for a completed call, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Fees and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, all subscription fees are non-refundable, and any unused time, minutes, or service access does not carry over upon cancellation, expiration, or termination of access.

If New Chapter Club terminates your access to the Services without cause, you may be entitled to a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the applicable subscription period, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

4. California Residents

If you are a resident of the State of California, you may cancel your purchase without penalty or obligation at any time prior to midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the original date of purchase, excluding Sundays and public holidays, as required by applicable California law.

To exercise this right of cancellation and request a refund, you must submit a clear notice of cancellation to our support team via the contact/feedback form available on the Website.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise dispute a transaction, we may provide relevant billing and usage information to the payment processor or financial institution to verify the validity of the transaction, in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
